If you've decided that Migrate Mate isn't the right fit for you at this time, you can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings. This guide will walk you through the cancellation process step by step.
Important: When you cancel, you'll continue to have access to your account until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew.
Trial subscriptions must also be canceled before the trial period ends to avoid charges.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Follow these simple steps to cancel your Migrate Mate subscription:
Step 1: Open the Left Navigation Panel
Log into your Migrate Mate account. Move your cursor (or mouse) to the far left side of the screen. The left navigation panel will automatically slide open when you hover near the left edge.
Step 2: Click on Settings
At the bottom of the left navigation panel, you'll see your profile information (name and role) and a gear icon (⚙️) with "Settings" next to it. Click on Settings to access your account settings.
Step 3: Scroll to the Subscription Section
Once you're in Settings, scroll down through the various sections (you'll see options like Past Searches, Support, etc.) until you find the Subscription section.
Step 4: Click Cancel
In the Subscription section, click "Cancel Subscription"
Additionally, options such as viewing Invoice History, updating card details, or pausing the subscription temporarily can be managed in the subscription panel.
Step 5: Complete Questions
Answer the short questions as prompted.
Step 6: Confirm Your Cancellation
You must answer all questions in order to complete your cancellation. Your cancellation is not complete until you see this screen below:
What Happens After You Cancel?
Once you've successfully canceled your subscription:
✅ Continued Access: You can keep using Migrate Mate until the end of your current billing period
✅ No Future Charges: Your payment method will not be charged again
✅ Easy Reactivation: You can resubscribe at any time if you change your mind If needed.
Pause Subscription Feature
If you're not ready to cancel completely, consider using the Pause Subscription option available in the subscription panel. This allows you to temporarily halt your account without losing progress or data.

After clicking Settings, scroll down through the page. The Subscription section is located between Support and Logout.
